Resepi :
Nasi
Boleh digunakan samada nasi putih biasa atau nasi ayam yang biasa kita masak.
2 cawan beras
3-4 sudu perencah Nasi Ayam Hainanese (dlm botol)
2 helai daun pandan
Air secukup nya
Garam
Ayam –
1 ekor ayam di belah empat dan di gaul bersama-sama
1 sudu makan ketumbar ) di sangar &
1 sudu makan jintan ) di tumbuk
1 sudu makan kunyit serbuk
1 sudu makan rempah kari
2 sudu makan tepong jagung
Garam
Sambal
10 batang lada merah – di goreng (boleh tambah cilipadi jika suka)
1 biji bawang besar - di goreng
2 biji tomato
Belacan - di goring
Ulaman seperti timun, tomato, kobis, kacang panjang, ulam pengaga, ulam raja
Tempe – belah dua dan di goreng
Tahu – di belah serong dan di goreng
CARA:
1. Masak nasi ayam seperti biasa
2. Perapkan ayam dengan kesemua bahan yang di tumbuk tadi bersama serbuk kunyit, rempah kari dan tepong jagung.
3. Goreng ayam dengan minyak yg agak banyak hingga garing atau sesuka hati.
4. Sambal – Goreng kesemua bahan kecuali tomato, toskan dan di tumbuk atau di blender kering. Perahkan limau jika suka.
5. Bila di hidang, ayam yang telah di goreng tu kenalah kita penyet kan dengan menggunakan 'smasher', ' batu lesung' or apa2 jer...(jgn pakai hammer! ) dan hias sesuka hati. SELAMAT MENCUBA..
